Both can be separated, be two places at once and in
two dimensions doing two different things at the same time.

The two basic ways of mind & body separation are:

[1] Sleep (everyday sleeping)

&

[2] Deep Meditation ( common among Tibetan Buddhist monks )

Law Enforcement can think of the 4th Dimension as a
"ceiling" on top of the physical world, but
invisible to the physical senses.

For an arrest to be a "true arrest", Law Enforcement
must make sure the physical body arrested must have
within itself the mind that was present at the time
a crime is committed.

THIS IS WHAT 4TH DIMENSIONAL CRIMINALS TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF; LAW ENFORCEMENT NOT KNOWING A
DIFFERENT MIND WAS IN THE BODY AT THE CRIME SCENE.

A good movie that gives a quick orientation is
"Fallen" staring Denzel Washington.

Law Enforcement must now employ the method of
"Requesting The Truth" to know what mind
committed what crime and this can be done by
programming one's sleep.

A good safety check with this technique is
to have more than one person request for the
same truth and see - they will get the same answer.

At least, it is information to get an investigation on the way

A TYPICAL 4TH DIMENSIONAL CRIME

A murder occurs in New York and Law Enforcement
request for the Truth.

The mind that committed the crime IS IN A
PHYSICAL BODY IN TIBET.

The fingerprints on the crime scene belongs to
"John Doe" of New York Address "XYZ"

What happened?

Understand, in the 4th Dimension, it is all about
"power of mind" and the physical body in New York
had a weaker mind, so the mind in Tibet TOOK OVER
THE PHYSICAL BODY, COMMITED THE CRIME AND LEFT
THE CRIME SCENE. (EXITED THE PHYSICAL BODY).

Law Enforcement must understand, 4D Criminals are everywhere,
walking free, because they commit their crimes in 4D space.

4D Criminals are getting bolder and more conceited; mocking good people
because they believe no one will ever find out their secret activities.

Once Law Enforcement start to employ the technique of
"requesting The Truth" by "programming their sleep";
Law Enforcement will then soon understand a "HEART
ATTACK" OR "CAR ACCIDENT" as PREMEDITATED MURDER.
