Baking Your Chin Chin


PART 1

(i)

Roll out dough for Chin Chin

(ii)

Cut rolled out dough into one inch strips.
(iii)


Cut the strips at an angle into "diamond shapes".

(iv)

In the middle of each diamond,
cut into it about 1/4 of an inch.

(v)
Fold one end into the middle and
pull gently to make sort of a "knot".


PART 2

(1)

Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil on baking sheet:

Place your folded chin chin onto pan


PART 3

Bake your Chin Chin

(a)

Preheat oven to 300 Degrees
Fahrenheit for 10 Minutes.

(b)
Put in oven and Bake 30 minutes.

(c)
After 30 minutes, remove from oven and
flip chin chin over and bake 10 more minutes.


Turn off your oven and remove your chin chin
- It's now ready to eat!
