As the years since the coup progressed, rumors of the "background
machinations" of Estavan and Bibiana started to circulate. The private
just actions of these two helped stabilize a country they did not want
to slip back into a corrupt "do nothing" regime.

The people have grown to love these two citizens, especially Bibiana.
Bibiana or "Bibi!" not only uncovered the corruption within the government,
but rallied her husband to action. The affection of the people grows for
these two, for much good has been done for them.

General Zorione calls an emergency meeting of his cabinet to discuss
the growing unrest, with Estavan and Bibiana in attendance. The General's
words that were overheard were:

"The people have already made up their collective mind, we can do nothing."

General Zorione has become "a minister" with three other officers. The two
female officers that helped engineer the coup have become "Ladies-in-Waiting".
