Gabe's Banana Ice Cream Recipe


Ingredients



NOTE:
( You need your bananas ripe!)

I got 2 ripe bananas to get the
2 cups needed for this recipe.
You may have some left over after
you measure 2 cups.


2 Cups of Diced Ripe Bananas

1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream

One 8-ounce pack of Cool Whip

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

4 Tablespoons of Honey
( NOTE: 3 Tablespoons is for the ice cream and 1 Tablespoon is for the banana mixture )


1 and 1/4 Teaspoons of Salt
( NOTE: 1 teaspoon is for the ice cream and 1/4 teaspoon is for the banana mixture )


Procedure


PART 1


We will make the banana mixture


(1)

Dice your bananas and measure out 2 cups

(2)

Put your 2 Cups diced bananas in a bowl

(3)

Add your 1/4 teaspoon of Salt

(4)

Add your 1 tablespoon of Honey

(5)

Mash it well into a liquidy consistency

(6)

Cover and put in fridge ( set aside )


PART 2


We will make One Batch of
Gabe's "Cool" Ice Cream ( vanilla ice cream )


(1)

In a big bowl
add your Salt

(2)

Add your vanilla

(3)

Add your Honey

(4)

Whisk Well
(For 30 seconds)

(5)

Fold in all your
cool whip and whisk
for 2 minutes.

(6)

Add gradually your heavy
whipping cream and whisk well
(1/4 of it at a time), until
it is finished.

( Whisk for 30 seconds each time
you add 1/4 your heavy whipping cream.)

Now whisk a last time by hand
for 5 minutes. It should thicken up.


PART 3


We will now add the banana
mixture with the vanilla ice cream


(1)

Add your banana mixture one-quarter at a time.

(2)

Whisk 30 seconds each
time you add one-quarter
of your banana mixture.

(3)

When all your banana mixture is
added, give your batch of banana
ice cream a final whisk for 1 minute.

(4)

Put in plastic container,
put in freezer and freeze
immediately for 1 day.
