PART I
Prep Work
(a)
Dice Onion and Garlic and set aside
(b)
Remove skin from sausages and cut into chunks
( I find it easier to remove skin from
sausages frozen or leave for a short time
in the freezer to chill - about 45 minutes. )
(c)
Break up ground turkey in bowl and set aside
(d)
Put Parmesan Cheese into bowl
(d-1)
Break open egg and put into
bowl with Parmesan cheese
(d-2)
Mix Parmesan Cheese and egg until
"crumbly" after this, set aside.
(e)
Dice or shred Mozzarella Cheese
( Pre-shredded Mozzarella Cheese is also fine )
PART II
Prepare The White Sauce
(i)
Heat your Extra Virgin Olive Oil
over medium heat, in a big pot and
and add your onions and garlic.
( My heat settings range from 1 - 10; I used "5". )
To this, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt
then brown onions and garlic
(ii)
(iii)
After onions and garlic brown, add
sausages and ground turkey.
Then add your White wine
and Balsamic Vinegar
(iv)
Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to this
and 1/4 tablespoon of Black Pepper
(v)
Add your honey
(vi)
Cover and let the sausages and ground
turkey cook, stirring occasionally.
( For about 10 minutes )
(vii)
Add your 2 bottles of Alfredo Sauce,
reduce heat to LOW and let cook
for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
( My heat settings range from 1 - 10; I used "3". )
(viii)
After 20 minutes, remove from heat
your white sauce is now ready.
( Note: Your sauce doesn't
need to cool to be used in lasagne.)
PART III
Prepare your Lasagne Pasta
COOK YOUR LASAGNE AS INSTRUCTED
Drain and set aside.
PART IV

(5)
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese all over spread sauce
(6)
Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese all over Parmesan Cheese
(7)
Use a tablespoon to scoop out
Ricotta cheese over first layer
The first layer is done.
Just repeat STEPS 3 - 7
( Note: For the second layer, I used 3 ladlefuls of sauce
and the 3rd layer, I used 4 1/2 ladlefuls of sauce - the rest
of the white sauce. )
