Shifting his residence all over Europe, he was currently
staying in a hotel not too far from the Notre Dame in Paris.
An avid reader, Jason wandered into the bookstore with the
famous "Kilometer Zero" stamp. There, he picked up an
occult-adventure novel about chess & secret societies.
A sexy voice behind him commented, "You understand that
the chessboard is incomplete..."
A women who introduced herself as "Odelia", a student of
Archeology and Languages, told him that she had uncovered an
ancient chess service that had a 12 by 12 matrix or 144 squares.
She will visit her sister in Greece, where she will further her research.
Odelia, continued...
She said that she was still deciphering the runes & hebrew text,
but from what she had figured out, the chess service had a King
and a Prince on the battle field not a King and a Queen.
She drew a rough sketch for Jason.
Jason was so intrigued by this, that he didn't notice 6 hours fly by.
Odelia invited him for dinner with her sister and brother-in-law,
who were on vacation, in Paris.
Jason, not caring about hiding anymore, accepted.
After dinner that night, Jason had made a friend.
His name is Kurt.
