A close friend, like Mr. Baker, is demanding his time
once more and President Marshall (as expected), sees
to it, that he is available.
A serious man, President Marshall has a very short list
of top men and women, that he keeps very close to himself,
to take care of his service to the country.
President Marshall understands Mr. Baker wants to be
head of the FBI, being a fair man, he wants to put
him to a personal test.
A phone call one day to Mr. Baker's office, has given
President Marshall, such a chance to put a good friend
to the test.
