[21] A thief's possessions bring no joy.


[22] Wickedness has a cloak, its name is "ignorance", when
The Truth snatches it away, wickedness becomes "Stupidity".


[23] A foolish son and incurring a debt are the same,
both bring trouble on a family.


[24] To teach Wisdom and have compassion on the poor
are the same: A Just life is the reward for both.


[25] Correct a Wise man and he grows in wisdom.
The stupidity of the dullard is his refusal to accept rebuke.


[26] God blesses the house of a kind man,
but He overthrows the house of the wicked.


[27] Fear robs the evil man of safety,
and the good man has no fear.


[28] The advice of evil men is full of hatred
The Just should avoid such counsel.


[29] An evil man's words conceals murder.
A prudent man's advice helps one escape.


[30] Weeds of defeat choke the crops of the evil man.
The Just reap a bountiful harvest.


[31] A wise man is a good apple.
An evil man's mind is an apple
with a rotten core.


[32] Wisdom cannot be cheated.
The fool tries and tries and winds up
frustrated.


[33] It is most grievous not recognizing an apple is food.


[34] Honey on top of the cupboard is worth the effort to get.


[35] There was once a special well with gold on the bottom,
that is easily accessible to the human man who is entitled to that well.

The enemy, jealous of this fact, filled that well with junk, so the human
would always overlook that well and not even consider it.

As they say: "Honey on top of the cupboard is worth the effort to get."


[36] If a man asks his fellow for fruit, isn't it
better to give "fruit of any type", rather than give something
that is not fruit?


[37] Fire does nothing but ignite everything around it.


[38] Two Kabbalists meet.

There was once a tree with 10 fruits and a man was pondering the top 3.
When up came "an ordinarily dressed man", who told him the following story:

The top 3 fruit you see appear the best, but you are allowed to "see it, for you
to understand they exist, and know: the tree has 10 fruits not 9; 10 not 11.

If you choose to climb the tree, you can reach the bottom 7, not the top 3.
