Mr. Baker is no fool and his quick mind is racing.

Tonight of all nights, he sees five people dining together,
three he recognizes: Peter Stafford, his wife, and Ms. O'Reilly;
the other two, he has no idea, he takes a mental note.

Mr. Baker suddenly feels he is being "watched",
he glances around the restaurant quickly to lock eyes with
four sets of eyes watching his every move:
Twins? Farther down, two women perfectly
seated near his table.....

(He takes another mental note.)

This "quintet" was arranged by "Nobody."

The United States will need an alternative source of
energy in the near future.

"Nobody" understands the French and possibly
the Swedes are already making their moves.

He is privately informing Peter Stafford, Head of
The Department of Energy, that "The United States
should be ahead of others, in the race for alternative
sources of energy".

THE UNITED STATES SHOULD BE AHEAD OF OTHERS,
IN THE RACE FOR ALTERNATIVE SOURCES OF ENERGY.
