The PRIME Number '7'

The PRIME number 7 is the center of an evolving wheel.
An 'evolving wheel' of Science not TIME.

From the vantage point of the PRIME number 7,
all PRIME numbers come into focus.

The relationships or "ratios" between the PRIME number 7
and all other PRIME numbers is the structure of everything in
the universe.

These 'ratios' between the PRIME number 7 and other PRIME
numbers are defined as 'the number of completed cycles
or completed events in TIME'.
