Xavier Sten, Ph.D.

The Theories of Dr. Xavier Sten

Dr. Xavier Sten, one of Dr. Cosmin's brightest students, is grateful
he learned the discipline of thought (how to control his powers)
from Dr. Cosmin.

Doing his own research, he often recalls Dr. Cosmin lecturing him on
"The Responsibilities of Power in Times of Crisis".

Dr. Cosmin's lectures touching upon finer points of "Decision Making & Duress"
wherein a decision, although may appear 'wrong' or 'unjust' - is indeed 'just',
because the crisis makes it 'just'; will play a big role in the future, when Dr.
Cosmin calls his former student and asks him "to make a decision".

Dr. Sten's theories on Mind Control / Mind over Matter / Telekinesis are
considered "off the books", because of it's treatment on topics
"too taboo" for the establishment. His work is so advanced, he has
installed a "special line" to Cosmin when he needs last minute advice,
especially when he seriously considers uncharted areas of research &
"The Consequences of Action".

Dr. Cosmin calls his former Student

Dr. Sten, not surprised Cosmin would call him at such an early hour, but
the urgency in Cosmin's voice is what really "woke him up".

Dr. Cosmin's urgency forced him to abandon everything he was doing and
fly to a location designated by Cosmin, within the next six hours.

"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility."

Dr. Cosmin presented a heavy topic to Dr. Sten - and gave him very
little time to think it over
- but Cosmin expected Sten to make
a decision and accept the consequences of that decision.

Dr. Sten, quietly listening to his former teacher, now his good friend,
excused himself for one hour to take his customary "walk of the day".
After 55 minutes, Sten returned and said these words to Cosmin:

"I will do it."

Dr. Sten's work includes techniques of "Body Hijacking via thought".
For this top secret "assignment", Dr. Sten has chosen three people
to assist him: The Barend Sisters and his colleague, Dr. Egan Driscol.
