Avocado Sauce for Fish


Ingredients



1 Avocado

1 Cup of Goat Milk


1/2 stick of butter
(That is: 4 Tablespoons)

1 Tablespoon of Honey


2 Sticks of Fresh Thyme
or 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Thyme

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper


Procedure


(1)
Remove Thyme Leaves and set aside.

Peel Avocado remove pit

(3)

Mash Avocado until Pasty and set aside.

(4)

Over Medium Heat
( My heat settings range
from 1 - 10; I used "5". )

Melt Butter

When butter has melted,
Add Goat milk

Add Honey

(7)
Add Thyme

(8)
Add Salt

(9)
Add Black Pepper

Stir Well

Add your mashed Avocado

Boil and stir occasionally under
medium heat until "sauce consistency"
(In about 15 - 20 Minutes -
just watch it carefully
Don't let it get "too thick"
