Catfish for
Avocado Sauce for Fish


Ingredients


2 Pounds Catfish
( Note: For the avocado sauce
I've also used it for Halibut.
)

1/2 Stick of butter
( That is, 4 Tablespoons )

MILD Picante Sauce
You will need 1 Teaspoon
per Catfish Slice.

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Black pepper


Procedure


(1)

Over Medium Heat
( My heat settings range
from 1 - 10; I used "5". )

Melt your butter in Large
Fry Pan and let brown slightly.

Add your Catfish Slices.

(3)

Immediately scoop 1 Teaspoon Picante
Sauce on each Catfish slice and
spread over slice.

Sprinkle your 1 Teaspoon Salt and
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper over all your fish.

Cover and let cook.
For 7 Minutes

(6)

After 7 minutes, flip the Catfish.

(7)

After cooking on other side for 3 minutes,
uncover for rest of cook time - about
4 more minutes.

(8)

Flip again and watch, let it
cook through - about 4 more minutes!


With your Avocado Sauce,
Potatoes and side of veggies,
you are ready to eat!
