Banana-Picante Sauce for
Gabe's "Emily" Burger


Ingredients


1 Cup of Diced Bananas

1 Tablespoon of Honey

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons of Mild Picante Sauce

1 Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar

1 Teaspoon of White Wine Vinegar

1/2 Stick of Butter


Procedure


(1)

Dice Bananas and
measure out 1 cup.

Mash Bananas and set aside.

In cold sauce pan add...

Your Picante sauce / Balsamic Vinegar /
White wine Vinegar / Salt / Black Pepper / Honey.

Under Medium Heat, heat up
your sauce pan with your ingredients

( My heat settings range
from 1 - 10; I use "5". )

As it starts to simmer
(about 3 minutes into heating).

Reduce heat to LOW

( My heat settings range
from 1 - 10; I use "3". )

Add your butter and stir.

(6)

Add your mashed
Bananas and stir.

Cover and let cook
for about 9 minutes.

It should thicken up.

Stir occasionally.


Turn off heat and that's it!

Your can serve this sauce hot or cold on top of

Gabe's "Emily" Burger

About 2 - 4 Tablespoons per burger!
