Ingredients
Banana-Picante Sauce for this Buger!
1 Pack of Ground Turkey
(1.25 Pounds)
1 Mild Italian Turkey Sausage
1 Cup Diced Potatoes
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon White Peppercorns
Ground)
1/4 of a good size Red onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of White wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1/4 Cup of Apple Sauce
1/2 stick of Butter
(That is: 4 Tablespoons)
Part 1

Dice your Potato (keep skin)
(Measure out 1 Cup)

Put your potatoes in a pot
and fill with water to "potato level"
That is, until water
reaches top of potatoes.

Under Medium heat, bring potatoes
to boil until Potatoes become near soft.
( My heat settings range from 1 - 10; I use "5". )
(Note: You have to be able to
easily mash these potatoes

After Potatoes have softened, drain
and fill a bowl with cold water and
put your potatoes into cold water
to cool down. (About 1-2 Minutes)

After diced potatoes have
cooled down, drain and set aside.

Dice your onions and Garlic
put in bowl and set aside.

Grind your white peppercorns and set aside

Remove skin from Turkey
sausage and put in large bowl.

Add your Ground Turkey to bowl with Turkey Sausage
Then

Add your..
Salt / Ground white peppercorns / white wine vinegar /
Balsamic vinegar / Honey / Applesauce
into bowl with Ground Turkey and Sausage.
Mix Well

Mash your potatoes with skin and
add to bowl with all other ingredients.

Mix your mashed potatoes into
your Ground Turkey with other ingredients.

Make into 4 big patties and set put in fridge.
Part 2
(a)
Under Medium Heat, in a large
fry pan, melt your 1/2 stick of butter
( My heat settings range from 1 - 10; I use "5". )
(b)
Add your onions and garlic
to butter and let brown, but
not all the way.
(about 7 minutes)
(c)
Reduce heat to LOW
( My heat settings range
from 1 - 10; I use "3". )
(d)
Add your patties, cover and let cook.
After 10 minutes, flip
and cover again and let cook.
(Burgers have cooked for 10 MINUTES)
After 10 minutes, flip
DO NOT COVER THIS TIME.
(Burgers have now cooked for 20 MINUTES)
For the rest of the cook time,
we will cook these patties uncovered.
After 10 minutes, flip
(Burgers have now cooked for 30 MINUTES)
After 10 minutes, flip
(Burgers have now cooked for 40 MINUTES)
After 10 minutes, flip
(Burgers have now cooked for 50 MINUTES)
Turn off heat and that is it!
Cover until ready to eat.
Your Burgers are ready to eat!
