Emily Eydis Christine Hnedy The Waitress
(Served dinner to Daniella Van der Zee, Emily Eydis & The Merovingian)

"You're Hired!"

Working for "Johnny" is both exciting and exhausting.
You can have 3 meals in 3 parts of the world in 1 day.

On the British Airways flight to New York, she ran into
an old school friend. Both graduates of Juilliard, he really
had a look of "relief" on his face.

The plane was to land at JFK in an hour so he had to speak fast!
"The Third", "doing what felt right", used honesty and it worked.

He quickly explained that he had a very important dinner in three
days, with about 1,000+ years of family tradition riding on it -
to make a long story short, he told her, if he screwed this dinner
meeting up, there will be "no more French Wine for a long time".

Ms. Eydis, always looking for an opportunity for
her organization, asked how she could be of help.

He just gave her the address of a restaurant and
time to attend the meeting, he confessed he needed
"support" and he sounded "honest".

She then inquired of the guests...

Ms. Eydis saw plenty of opportunity and agreed to attend.

At dinner, Ms. Eydis spotted a winner and according to tradition,
gave the waitress a business card. Printed was the email address:
" shahmatin2@operamail.com " With the caption:

"If you write, it will respond."
