Cut up Mozzarella Cheese and set aside

If need be, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVED YOUR
DOUGH RAISING MATERIAL FROM YOUR OVEN.

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
( Leave oven on, as you prepare your Pizza.
Your oven must preheat for at least 10 minutes.)

Put 4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive
Oil on bottom of your baking pan.

Roll out your dough and place in pan

Scoop out and spread out Gabe's Chicken Pizza Sauce
all over rolled out dough, leaving the 4 sides
without sauce for "crust".

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over sauce part of pizza.

PART 2

Baking your Pizza

(i)
Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Turn off your oven, your pizza is done!
