Gabe's Strawberry Ice Cream


Ingredients


1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream

One 8-ounce pack of Cool Whip

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

4 Tablespoons of Honey

1 Teaspoon of Salt

1 Cup of Diced Strawberries


Procedure


PART 1

(a)

Dice your strawberries to make 1 Cup

(b)

Put your diced strawberries in a bowl
and add one tablespoon of Honey.

(c)

Mash it well until it
has a fine consistency.
Set it aside.


PART 2

(1)

In a big bowl
add your Salt

(2)

Add your vanilla

(3)

Add your 3 tablespoons of Honey

(4)

Whisk Well
(For 30 seconds)

(5)

Fold in all your
cool whip and whisk
for 2 minutes.

(6)

Add gradually your heavy
whipping cream and whisk well
(1/4 of it at a time), until
it is finished.

( Whisk for 30 seconds each time
you add 1/4 your heavy whipping cream.)

Now whisk a last time by hand
for 5 minutes. It should thicken up.

On to PART 3.


PART 3

(1)

To the batch you just made, add
your mashed up strawberries to it
(1/4 of a Cup at a time)

Whisk for 30 seconds after each 1/4 Cup
of mashed up strawberries added.

( 2 Minutes )

Then whisk a last
time for 30 more seconds.


Put in plastic container,
put in freezer and freeze
for 1 day.
